Matt and his 'mini-microscope' design team are awarded a Wisconsin Educational Innovation Aw

The award will fund the creation of a low-cost “mini-microscope” built by students taking the 2-year BME design course. Once the prototype is complete, the microscope will be used for FRET imaging in yeast as part of Matt and Angela’s Human Biochemistry course (Bmolchem 504), which runs every spring. Education is the silver bullet!
